The setup will take approximately 20 minutes. You will not be charged for this time.

Since the activity involves the use of sand, it cannot get wet. On rainy days, or if rain is expected, please ensure there is an indoor space available for the activity so we can proceed as planned.

Absolutely! Our sand is made from 100% natural and pure rock. The sand is free of the following ingredients: crystalline silica, quartz crystal, seashells, any forms of asbestos, any form of wheat or gluten, any form of nuts; peanuts, tree nuts, etc!

Sand art is not just for kids! However, during birthday parties, we kindly ask that only the children attending participate.

If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request at least one week’s notice. This will allow us to reschedule the event for a future date without any additional charges.
However, if the cancellation is made last minute, the booking fee will unfortunately be forfeited, as we had reserved that time specifically for your scheduled party.

Yes, we require a $100 non-refundable booking fee which is deducted from the total.

Travel within 15 miles is included. For locations beyond this range, an additional travel fee will apply. You will be informed of any travel fees before confirming your booking.

Deposits can be made by credit card. Once we receive your booking form and confirm pricing and availability, we will send you an invoice. Please, note that the $100 deposit is non-refundable.
Your balance payment must be processed before your event.For the balance payment, we accept the following options:
Cash
Zelle
Venmo
Credit card (with a 3.5% processing fee)

We only ask that you provide an accurate description of your location and any specific instructions for how to get to the party. For example, if the event is at a park, please specify the exact location within the park, whether there is a close parking lot, and if there is level ground for setting up the stands. That’s all!
